Details of the Job/Internship
Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys is hiring a Court Clerk with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad. The role involves supporting litigation processes, coordinating with clients, and handling court-related documentation and filings.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain the court diary and schedule meetings.
- Prepare annexures and documentation for replies, appeals, writ petitions, and paper books before departmental authorities, tribunals, and the High Court.
- Coordinate with clients to collect documents essential for filing.
- Draft miscellaneous petitions, affidavits, indexes, and dockets for filing writ petitions and appeals.
- File replies, appeals, and correspondence before departmental authorities, tribunals, and the High Court.
- Coordinate with authorities for appeals and personal hearings, including non-local authorities such as CESTAT and Sales Tax.
- Regularly check cause lists and update advocates and clients.
- Coordinate with other branch offices for filing and obtaining back files.
- Prepare compilations and weekly lists.
Eligibility
- Any graduate with strong academic background.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication skills.
