RSD Bajaj Global Law Firm is hiring a Court Clerk with mid-level experience to join their office in Gurugram. This is a full-time role involving management of court filings, case documentation, and client coordination across multiple jurisdictions, along with supporting administrative functions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage court filings across Delhi High Court, NCLT, District Courts, and Gurugram jurisdiction.
- Handle case documentation and court-related processes.
- Support office administration, including invoicing, billing, and general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with clients and track case progress.
- Maintain organised case files and documentation systems.
Eligibility
- Mid-level post-qualification experience in court or litigation work.
- Strong understanding of court procedures across Delhi High Court, NCLT, District Courts, and Gurugram jurisdiction.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office tools.
- Reliable transportation with access to a bike.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
