T&P Law Offices is hiring a Court Clerk with experience in court filing to join their office in Safdarjung, Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Execute filings before the District Courts, Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court.
- Handle both physical filing and e-filing procedures across various judicial portals.
- Ensure strict adherence to procedural compliance for every submission.
- Coordinate with the legal team to meet filing deadlines for petitions and affidavits.
- Manage the tracking of case status and filing receipts.
- Navigate different court registries to clear filing defects and objections.
Eligibility
- Prior experience in court filing is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of filing procedures across different judicial forums in Delhi.
- Must be reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively within the Delhi court ecosystem.
- Familiarity with the technical requirements of electronic filing.
