Singhal & co. (A.R Advocates) is hiring a Criminal Advocate to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
The Criminal Advocate will be responsible for representing clients in criminal cases, conducting legal research, preparing and presenting arguments in court, and negotiating plea bargains. Some work from home is acceptable.
Eligibility
- Litigation experience in criminal law.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience in trial advocacy.
- Law degree from a recognized institution.
