Scaninfoga Solutions Private Limited is hiring for the position of Criminal and Cyber Security Lawyer to join their office in Surat. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Providing legal counsel on criminal and cyber law matters.
• Representing clients in court and handling litigation.
• Drafting pleadings, agreements, and legal documents.
• Conducting detailed legal research and interpreting complex statutes.
• Advising clients on compliance with cyber security regulations and risk management.
• Working closely with clients to address ongoing and potential legal issues.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of criminal law and cyber security regulations.
• Proven experience in litigation, drafting, and case management.
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with legal research software and digital tools.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Strong client relationship and advisory skills.
• LL.B (mandatory); LL.M or advanced certification in Cyber Security Law preferred.

Salary/Stipend
