Details of the Job/Internship
LawSikho is hiring a Criminal Law Litigation Associate to join their team on a remote basis. The role requires an experienced criminal law litigation professional who can manage court-related work while conducting live demo sessions for students and trainees. The candidate must be confident in both practical litigation and teaching or demonstration aspects. The position requires immediate joining. The working hours are 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with weekly holidays on Monday and Friday. The salary offered is ₹40,000 per month.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle criminal law litigation, including drafting, filing, and court appearances.
- Prepare legal documents such as complaints, written submissions, bail applications, and arguments.
- Conduct live demo sessions and practical training for students or interns.
- Explain real-time case handling, procedures, and court practices.
- Guide and mentor students on criminal law concepts and litigation strategy.
- Coordinate with internal academic and team members when required.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure.
- Prior hands-on experience in criminal litigation.
- Comfortable with public speaking and conducting live demo sessions.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to join immediately.
