LawSikho is hiring a Criminal Law Litigation Associate with relevant experience to join their team remotely.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle criminal law litigation including drafting, filing, and court appearances.
• Prepare legal documents such as complaints, written submissions, bail applications, and arguments.
• Conduct live demo sessions and practical training for students or interns.
• Explain real-time case handling, procedures, and court practices.
• Guide and mentor students on criminal law concepts and litigation strategy.
• Coordinate with internal academic or team members when required.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of criminal law and criminal procedure.
• Prior hands-on experience in criminal litigation.
• Comfortable with public speaking and conducting live demo sessions.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to join immediately.

Salary/Stipend

₹40,000 per month.
