Details of the Job/Internship
Sevakh Global is hiring a Lawyer for their Bengaluru office. Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience in Criminal Law & Real Estate Law.
The Lawyer will be responsible for handling litigation, legal matters, providing legal advice, conducting research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements in criminal and real estate matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research to identify relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.
- Document Drafting: Prepare a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, briefs, and other legal correspondence.
- Case Management: Assist senior lawyers in managing caseloads, including scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and tracking deadlines.
- Legal Advice: Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a range of legal matters.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, including senior lawyers, paralegals, and other team members
Eligibility
- Client Representation: Represent clients in high court and lower court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Criminal Law & Real Estate Law
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide effective solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- 1-3 years of relevant legal experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Bar Association membership and license to practice law in India.
