Operating in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai, the foundation has a network of over 20,000 volunteers and 400+ coordinators. Details of the Job/Internship
Broseph Foundation is hiring a Criminal Lawyer to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent victims in court.
- Conduct legal research.
- Prepare legal documents.
- Provide counsel on legal matters.
- Meet with victims.
- Visit police stations for FIRs.
- Attend court hearings.
- Obtain case updates.
- Send legal notices.
- Collaborate with the legal team.
- Stay updated on regulations and laws related to criminal law.
Eligibility
- Experience in representing clients in court and conducting legal research.
- Strong skills in legal document preparation and providing legal counsel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to stay updated on laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field.
- Membership in the Bar Council of Karnataka.
