Finlaw Consultancy Private Limited is hiring for the following position: Criminal Lawyer (Junior).

Role and Responsibilities

• Visit Police Station Across India, if needed.
• Able to help clients in registering their FIR/Complaint.
• Preparing & Sending Legal Notice.
• Supports case preparation by preparing case summaries, prepares pleadings.
• Monitors and obtains discovery responses.
• Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Develop cases by preparing and forwarding summons complaints.
• Preparing and filing discovery requests, and preparing responses to opposing counsel.
• Drafting of Litigation documents, and generating status reports.
• Knowledge of drafting & filing bail applications.
• Knowledge of Arguments in court.
• Better to have exposure to financial crime & white collar crime litigation.

Eligibility

Educational Qualification: LLB ( Graduate in Law)

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Skills Required:

• Drafting of legal documents like Summon Complaints; Verified Bill Particulars; and Motions.
• Carrying their legal research and preparing the legal draft.
• Good English communication skills.
• Be able to work as a team player.
• Excellent observation and analytical abilities.
• A candidate must be confident, energetic and committed.
• Self Motivated

Salary/Stipend
