Details of the Job/Internship

Lexstone Group is hiring a Criminal Lawyer with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join its Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

Handle criminal litigation and white-collar crime matters.
Represent clients before agencies such as SFIO, CBI, ED, EOW, and MCA.
Appear before courts, tribunals, arbitrations, and mediations.
Draft legal pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
Advise clients on corporate laws and criminal statutes.
Handle matters related to money laundering, benami transactions, and anti-corruption laws.

Eligibility

LLB from a recognized university.
Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in criminal litigation.
License to practice law in India.
Strong knowledge of criminal laws, corporate laws, and allied statutes.
Experience in white-collar crime and investigations.
Excellent drafting and legal writing skills.
