MZM Legal LLP is expanding its Litigation Practice and is actively looking for a courtroom-ready Criminal Litigation Lawyer to join our dynamic team. 

Details of the Job/Internship

MZM Legal LLP is hiring for the position of Criminal Litigation Lawyer – Associate with  3+ years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in criminal matters across all levels of courts.
• Draft legal documents including:
  • Complaints
  • Anticipatory and Regular Bail Applications
  • Quashing Petitions
  • Writ Petitions and other pleadings
• Conduct in-depth legal research and assist in developing case strategies.

Eligibility

• B.A. LL.B. from a recognized university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa (Valid Sanad required).
• Fluency in spoken Marathi is mandatory.
• Strong drafting and courtroom presentation skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
