Expert Law is hiring a CRM Manager for a full-time remote role. The position focuses on designing and implementing CRM strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Role and Responsibilities
- Design and implement CRM strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and insights.
- Manage CRM-related projects and initiatives.
- Segment markets and support sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication channels.
- Optimise CRM systems to align with business goals and improve customer experience.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience in sales and market segmentation strategies.
- Project management experience for CRM initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Prior experience in legal or professional services firms is a plus.
