Details of the Job/Internship

The Chambers of Karishma Vora is hiring a Cross-Border Disputes Lawyer with approximately 2 years of PQE to join its Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in handling cross-border commercial disputes and civil fraud matters.
• Support proceedings before courts in England and the DIFC.
• Work on international arbitration matters.
• Draft pleadings, submissions, and legal opinions.
• Collaborate with foreign counsel on international dispute strategies.
• Attend chambers in person and work closely with the team.

Eligibility

• Excellent academic record.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed university in the UK, Australia, or Singapore.
• Qualified or willing to qualify in England & Wales.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional drafting skills and strong teamwork orientation.
• Committed, hardworking, and willing to work from chambers in Mumbai.

Salary/Stipend
