Details of the Job/Internship

Chambers of Karishma Vora is hiring a Cross-Border Disputes Lawyer with 2 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on high-value cross-border commercial disputes and civil fraud cases.
• Assist with litigation before international courts including those in England and DIFC.
• Support the team in international arbitration matters.
• Draft legal documents with high precision.
• Collaborate with foreign legal professionals on international cases.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law from a reputed university in the UK, Australia, or Singapore.
• Excellent academic grades.
• Qualified or willing to qualify in England & Wales.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant legal experience.
• Team-oriented, committed, and willing to attend chambers in person.
• Exceptional legal drafting skills.

Salary/Stipend
