Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and legal audits in compliance with standards.
• Prepare accurate and detailed audit reports.
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and risks.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend improvements in processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial requirements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in preparing legal audit reports and conducting legal audits.
• Strong analytical and financial knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with risk assessments and audit process improvements.
• Relevant professional certifications (CA, CIA, or equivalent preferred).
