Role and Responsibilities
The CS Intern will assist with various tasks related to company secretarial work, compliance management, corporate law matters, and legal research under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Eligibility
- CS Executive or Professional passed.
- Company Secretarial skills and knowledge.
- Legal research and analysis skills.
- Understanding of compliance management.
- Ability to work in a team and under supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Law, Business Law, or related field.
