Legalbook is inviting law students to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through email, chat, or phone, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Provide basic technical support and assist in troubleshooting product-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and FAQs to enhance customer self-service.
- Assist in onboarding and educating new users on platform features and best practices.
- Support ongoing customer support projects and process improvements.
Eligibility
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues methodically and provide clear solutions.
- Basic understanding of AI technology and interest in the Legal-Tech domain.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Technology, Business, or a related field.
