Role and Responsibilities
- The CS Legal will be responsible for legal consulting, legal document preparation, communication, and addressing legal issues on a day-to-day basis.
Eligibility
- Law and Legal Consulting skills.
- Sebi ICDR and LODR.
- Sebi rules and regulations.
- MCA Act.
- Legal Document Preparation Proficiency.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Ability to address Legal Issues.
- Experience in corporate law and compliance.
- Knowledge of financial and startup ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
