Details of the Job/Internship
Kindlife is hiring for the position of CS - Legal with 2 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage legal agreements with global and domestic clients, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws and internal governance policies.
- Coordinate agreement execution, renewals, and related communications with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Oversee statutory compliance, including ROC filings, board meeting documentation, and company secretarial responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal documentation and contract status.
- Advise management on legal obligations and risks related to contracts and business operations.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal documentation, contract review, and compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian corporate laws and exposure to international contracting standards.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple agreements, deadlines, and stakeholders efficiently.
- Experience working with international clients or multinational organizations..
- Familiarity with the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) industry is a plus.
