Details of the Job/Internship

LawSikho is hiring a Customer Service Representative with 1–2 years of experience to join their remote team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and effectively to student inquiries through email and phone.
• Provide accurate information about courses, policies, and procedures.
• Proactively reach out to students to understand and address concerns.
• Monitor and evaluate student feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Resolve student complaints with a focus on achieving high CSAT scores.
• Stay up-to-date with course offerings, updates, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the product team to address feedback-based gaps.
• Maintain clear communication with students and internal teams.
• Provide regular updates to students regarding their inquiries.
• Conduct quality checks on student interactions.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance support experience.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet SLAs and response times.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and generate support metrics reports.
• Participate in training programs and share best practices.
• Provide insights to improve product features and user experience.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain data confidentiality.
• Handle crisis situations or service disruptions following protocols.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field (Undergraduates can also apply).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience in a customer support position.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and customer support software.
• Good understanding of management practices and techniques.

Salary/Stipend
