LawSikho is hiring a Customer Service Representative with 1–2 years of experience to join their remote team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to student inquiries through email and phone.
- Provide accurate information about courses, policies, and procedures.
- Proactively reach out to students to understand and address concerns.
- Monitor and evaluate student feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve student complaints with a focus on achieving high CSAT scores.
- Stay up-to-date with course offerings, updates, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the product team to address feedback-based gaps.
- Maintain clear communication with students and internal teams.
- Provide regular updates to students regarding their inquiries.
- Conduct quality checks on student interactions.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance support experience.
- Manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet SLAs and response times.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and generate support metrics reports.
- Participate in training programs and share best practices.
- Provide insights to improve product features and user experience.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain data confidentiality.
- Handle crisis situations or service disruptions following protocols.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field (Undergraduates can also apply).
- Minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience in a customer support position.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and customer support software.
- Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
