Details of the Job/Internship

CeeQ is hiring a Customer Success Associate to join them in Colaba office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Primary Point of Contact for Corporate accounts.
• Promptly respond to Client queries.
• Identify opportunities for growth and upsell.
• Collaborate with the product team and give feedback on client’s needs.
• Provide training and guidance to the client on how to best use the Product.
• Work with leadership to streamline and improve processes and implement new initiatives for the department.

Eligibility

• 1 year of experience in a Key Account Management, Client Success role - preferably in SaaS / Software, Digital Marketing, Corporate Insurance or Hospitality.
• LLB or LAW-related degree grad with the knowhow of sec 138 and Sarfesi Act, Banking role experience in the above section is a plus.
• Genuine Customer Empathy and strong time management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft Excel.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
