CeeQ is hiring a Customer Success Associate to join them in Colaba office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Primary Point of Contact for Corporate accounts.
- Promptly respond to Client queries.
- Identify opportunities for growth and upsell.
- Collaborate with the product team and give feedback on client’s needs.
- Provide training and guidance to the client on how to best use the Product.
- Work with leadership to streamline and improve processes and implement new initiatives for the department.
Eligibility
- 1 year of experience in a Key Account Management, Client Success role - preferably in SaaS / Software, Digital Marketing, Corporate Insurance or Hospitality.
- LLB or LAW-related degree grad with the knowhow of sec 138 and Sarfesi Act, Banking role experience in the above section is a plus.
- Genuine Customer Empathy and strong time management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft Excel.
Salary/Stipend
Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
