Details of the Job/Internship

Clergy and Wisemen is hiring a Customer Success Executive to support its Legal Tech platform, eNotary/WITTS.

Role and Responsibilities

• Schedule, conduct, and manage product demos for customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, onboarding, and support.
• Explain legal-tech workflows, platform features, and compliance-related aspects clearly.
• Resolve customer issues related to platform usage, documentation, workflows, and legal processes.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to product, technology, and leadership teams.
• Assist in improving onboarding processes, customer journeys, and support SOPs.
• Advise internal teams on customer experience improvements and recurring issues.
• Coordinate with technology and legal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates, law graduates, final-year law students, or legally trained professionals preferred.
• Graduates from other disciplines with a strong interest in Legal Tech may apply.
• Prior exposure to SaaS, Legal Tech, Compliance Tech, or Customer Support is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain legal and technical concepts in simple language.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable conducting demos over video calls and phone calls.
• Basic understanding of legal documentation, notarisation, contracts, or compliance processes preferred.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn SaaS platforms quickly.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.

Salary/Stipend
