LawSikho is hiring for the position of Customer Support Specialist with 1 year of experience to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to student inquiries via email, phone, and other channels.
- Provide accurate information about courses, policies, and procedures while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Proactively reach out to students to understand and address concerns, ensuring high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Monitor and analyze student feedback to identify improvement areas in the support process.
- Stay updated on course offerings, updates, and industry trends to assist students effectively.
- Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to address gaps identified through student feedback.
- Provide timely updates to students on the status of their inquiries or issues.
- Conduct quality checks on support interactions to maintain consistent service standards.
- Manage workload efficiently to meet or exceed SLAs and response time targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, resolutions, and support metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills, and share best practices with teammates.
- Offer insights to improve product features and user experience while ensuring adherence to company policies and confidentiality standards.
- Handle crisis situations or service disruptions in line with established protocols.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer/student support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (undergraduates with relevant experience may apply).
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and customer support tools/software.
- Hindi communication proficiency (spoken) is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Good understanding of customer support practices and techniques.
