Details of the Job/Internship
LegalApp is hiring Customer Support Specialists to join their hybrid office in Delhi/Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-app chat.
- Assist users with onboarding and basic app navigation.
- Support customers with account setup, login, and document upload issues.
- Track, document, and follow up on concerns to ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate technical or complex issues to the internal team.
- Share user feedback with product and engineering teams.
- Maintain a polite, patient, and solution-focused approach in all interactions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Freshers may apply; up to 1 year of customer support experience is a plus.
- Law degree or current law student is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are a bonus.
- Basic familiarity with smartphones, apps, and digital tools.
- Willingness to learn legal-tech workflows.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
