Details of the Job/Internship

Hoora Technologies is hiring a Cyber Corporate Lawyer with 5+ years of experience to join their Nagpur office on a full-time, on-site basis. The role reports directly to the CEO and focuses on preventive legal action, grievance resolution, and proactive compliance across business operations. The position involves establishing and leading an internal grievance resolution and legal prevention function, with an emphasis on resolving disputes before they escalate into litigation. The offered salary ranges from INR 4–8 LPA.

Role and Responsibilities

• Building and managing an end-to-end grievance resolution and pre-litigation settlement mechanism.
• Recruiting, training, and leading a dedicated grievance handling team across service verticals.
• Defining and implementing SOPs for grievance logging, investigation, tracking, and resolution.
• Applying criminal law expertise to proactively address high-risk operational, partner, and consumer issues.
• Advising on preventive legal measures in hiring, background verification, and contractual safeguards.
• Providing legal advisory on regulatory risks during business expansion and new vertical launches.
• Designing scalable grievance systems aligned with hyper-local and marketplace business models.
• Maintaining detailed reporting on grievance trends and translating insights into policy and process improvements.

Eligibility

• LL.B. and LL.M. degrees are mandatory.
• Specialised expertise in Criminal Law is mandatory.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in legal practice, compliance, or grievance management.
• Experience in high-volume, customer-facing or hyper-local business models is preferred.
• Strong mediation, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
