Details of the Job/Internship

L&T Technology Services is hiring a Cyber Law Trainer with experience of 5 to 10 years to join their office in Navi Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Investigation & Training on Data Theft, Source Code Theft, Phishing & Hacking, Digital Financial Crimes like Credit/Debit Card Frauds, Cyber Terrorism, Ransomware, data privacy & trademarks, Cross-examination in Court on Electronic Evidence and financial crime Investigation

Eligibility

• 5-10 years handling cybercrime cases for government / private organizations, providing training to Indian enforcement agencies, and opining on legal issues on cyber forensics, internet / social media technology, and cyber investigation.
• Bachelor and/or Master of Law / Diploma in Cyber Law – relevant qualification shall be given due weightage.
• Active certification in relevant areas shall be given due weightage.
• Verbal fluency in Marathi/Hindi and English.
