Details of the Job/Internship
Jet4C CyberShield Technologies Pvt Ltd is hiring a Cyber Lawyer/Intern for a full-time on-site role at their Vadodara office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide advice related to cybersecurity laws and regulations.
- Assist in evaluating cyber incidents and participate in compliance audits.
- Contribute to intellectual property and privacy matters.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure legal standards are met.
- Help develop cybersecurity policies.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law (LLB or LLM) with a focus on cybersecurity or information technology law.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity laws, regulations, and policies.
- Strong research and legal writing skills.
- Familiarity with digital forensics and cybercrime investigation.
- Understanding of data privacy and intellectual property laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.
- Prior internship experience in a related legal field is a plus.
