Finlaw Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Cybercrime lawyer to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice and representation, handling litigation, advocating for clients, and staying up-to-date.

Eligibility

• Experience in handling cybercrime cases and knowledge of cyber laws and regulations.
• Ability to conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and independently.
• Experience in litigation and representing clients in court.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Law degree from a recognized institution and a valid license to practice law in India.
• Additional certification or specialization in cyber laws would be beneficial.
