Alphastream.ai is hiring a Senior Data & Legal Analyst with strong expertise in law, finance, and technology.
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret private credit agreements, including amendments and intercreditor arrangements.
- Extract and validate key legal and commercial terms such as facility hierarchy, pricing, covenants, and security structures.
- Review and ensure accuracy of data extracted by junior analysts.
- Provide legal interpretation on key clauses and track covenant compliance.
- Identify risks, inefficiencies, and market trends in credit documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Support automation initiatives and standardization of legal data processes.
- Mentor and train junior team members, leading reviews of high-value transactions.
Eligibility
- Law degree or equivalent legal/financial qualification.
- Deep understanding of private credit structures, covenants, and legal documentation.
- Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in document management and data tools.
- Experience working with legal, investment, and technology teams.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
