Details of the Job/Internship

LawSikho is  hiring for the position of Data Entry Specialist to join their office remotely. 

• This is a full-time, remote-only position.
• You must commit to the designated working hours (10:30 AM – 8:00 PM) with a 1-hour break.
• You will be required to use time-tracking software while working.
• Freelancing or any side jobs are strictly not allowed.
• This is not a short-term opportunity; apply only if you are looking for long-term growth with the organization.

Role and Responsibilities

• Proactively connect with enrolled students to understand their placement needs.
• Review and analyze student LinkedIn profiles and professional backgrounds.
• Edit, format, and enhance student CVs to align with job market requirements.
• Ensure CVs are ATS-friendly and tailored for client-facing presentations.
• Share updated CVs with students and provide clear explanations of changes.
• Maintain and update data using Google Sheets and internal tracking tools.
• Achieve a minimum of 60 minutes daily talk time with students.
• Take on additional tasks assigned by reporting heads as per availability.

Eligibility

• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with strong editing and formatting abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and data management tools.
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems independently.
• High energy levels and a commitment to long-term growth.
• Prior experience with CV editing or student counseling is a plus (not mandatory).
