Details of the Job/Internship

Madlabs Infotech Private Limited is looking for an intermediate Data Privacy Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in Data Privacy, preferably GDPR to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring our customer's compliance with KSA PDPL regulations. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) to identify and mitigate potential privacy risks associated with various projects and processes.
• Developing and maintaining robust privacy policies and controls that align with applicable data protection regulations.
• Ensuring compliance with cookie regulations, managing cookie consent mechanisms, and providing guidance on cookie-related issues.
• Overseeing data subject rights management, including requests for access, correction, deletion, and ensuring timely and compliant responses.
• Conducting thorough assessments of vendors to evaluate their data protection practices and managing associated risks.
• Developing and implementing strategies for effective response to data breaches, including incident investigation, communication, and mitigation.
• Conducting data discovery activities and maintaining an up-to-date Record of Processing Activities to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Assessing data transfers and ensuring that appropriate safeguards are in place to comply with regulations regarding cross-border data transfers.
• Integrating privacy considerations into the design and implementation of new processes, systems, and projects.
• Developing and delivering data privacy training programs to raise awareness and ensure a culture of data protection within the organization.
