The firm focuses on simplifying privacy requirements and enabling scalable compliance solutions for businesses.
Details of the Job/Internship
IndiSec is hiring a Data Privacy Associate with 1–2 years of experience to join their on-site office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review privacy policies, consent notices, DPIAs, ROPAs, contracts, and compliance frameworks.
- Research the DPDP Act, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other global privacy laws.
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and compliance documentation.
- Support gap assessments, audits, implementation roadmaps, and remediation efforts.
- Develop privacy training materials, scripts, awareness content, and handbooks.
- Assist in grievance redressal, incident reporting, and breach assessment projects.
- Contribute to legal blogs, knowledge papers, and internal resources.
Eligibility
- LLB degree (mandatory).
- 1–2 years’ experience in data privacy, technology law, compliance, or related advisory work.
- Knowledge of the DPDP Act and basic understanding of global privacy laws.
- Strong drafting, documentation, and research skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication abilities.
