Details of the Job/Internship
KensaraAI is hiring a Data Privacy Consultant for a full-time hybrid role based in Guwahati.
Role and Responsibilities
- Implement DPDPA compliance measures for clients.
- Develop privacy policies, frameworks, and strategies.
- Conduct data mapping, risk assessments, and vendor evaluations.
- Manage consent frameworks and compliance processes.
- Provide expert recommendations on privacy and compliance challenges.
- Ensure adherence to applicable data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field.
- Knowledge of privacy regulations, data privacy, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in drafting and implementing privacy policies.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, or CIPT are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
