Details of the Job/Internship

PSA (Priti Suri & Associates) is hiring Data Privacy Lawyers with 1–3 years of experience to join its data privacy practice in New Delhi. The role involves advising Indian and global clients on data protection matters, conducting privacy assessments and gap analyses, designing and implementing privacy frameworks, and working closely with legal, technology, product, engineering, and business teams.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advising clients on the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and related data privacy matters.
• Conducting privacy assessments and gap analyses.
• Designing and implementing privacy frameworks, including policies, governance structures, and operational playbooks.
• Working closely with legal, technology, product, engineering, and business teams across sectors.
• Providing practical and commercially viable legal advice in fast-paced business environments.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong interest in data protection and privacy.
• CIPP/E or similar certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide practical and commercially sound legal advice.

Salary/Stipend
