Cubical Operations LLP is hiring a Manager – Data Privacy with 4+ years of experience to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain data privacy policies and frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with global data protection regulations such as GDPR.
- Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIA/DPIA).
- Collaborate with legal, IT, and security teams on data governance.
- Manage data breach response and incident handling.
- Conduct audits and monitor data privacy compliance.
- Provide training and awareness on data privacy practices.
- Work with stakeholders to embed privacy-by-design principles.
Eligibility
- 4+ years of experience in data privacy or data protection.
- Strong knowledge of privacy regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience in data governance and risk management.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
