Details of the Job/Internship
Alp Consulting is hiring a Data Privacy & Protection Associate to support ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions’ global privacy program.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the DPO and legal team in implementing the global privacy program.
- Review and advise on Data Protection Agreements and privacy-related contractual clauses.
- Create, maintain, and update Records of Processing Activities (RoPAs).
- Assist in Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs), Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), and Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs).
- Draft and update privacy notices.
- Promote a privacy-first approach across business functions.
- Support internal privacy projects and improvement initiatives.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field involving technology and data protection.
- Experience with Data Protection Agreements and RoPAs.
- Ability to support PIAs, LIAs, and privacy notices.
- Good knowledge of GDPR and global data protection laws.
- Understanding of controller and processor roles in B2B and SaaS environments.
- Strong communication, organisational, and collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and integrity.
- CIPP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Legally eligible to work in India.
