Details of the Job/Internship

Tsaaro Consulting is currently seeking a Strategy Intern to join their team at their Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Founders /Leadership team on critical projects essential for the business's growth.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends relevant to strategic objectives.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects related to business strategy, including market expansion, product launches, and operational improvements.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data through proper storage, documentation, and governance practices.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Eligibility

• Recent graduates of Bachelor of Law/Engineering/MBA.
• Great temperament and leadership qualities are a must.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Be self-motivated and adaptable to the needs of the company.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point).
• Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and a desire to contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Prior internship or course work experience in data analysis, market research, or strategy consulting is a plus.
