Nims University is hiring for the position of Dean/Director - Law with 15-20 years of experience to join their campus in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic academic leadership and long-term vision for the School of Law.
- Design and implement cutting-edge curriculum aligned with global standards and Bar Council of India (BCI) guidelines.
- Lead faculty recruitment, mentoring, and performance management.
- Enhance the school’s research ecosystem, publications, and global collaborations.
- Ensure full compliance with UGC, BCI, NAAC, and NIRF norms.
- Develop partnerships with judiciary, law firms, corporates, and NGOs to expand student opportunities.
- Champion student-centric initiatives such as moot courts, legal aid clinics, internships, and policy research centers.
Eligibility
- Ph.D. in Law with an outstanding academic and research record.
- 15–20 years of teaching, research, and administrative experience in reputed law institutions.
- Proven leadership experience as Dean, Director, HoD, or equivalent role.
- Strong publication record in reputed national and international journals.
- In-depth knowledge of legal education trends, UGC/BCI regulations, and accreditation frameworks.
