Chitkara University is hiring a Dean for Chitkara Law School to provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership aligned with BCI and UGC norms.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum design and academic audits in line with BCI guidelines.
• Promote interdisciplinary, experiential, and research-led legal education.
• Ensure compliance with statutory bodies and manage budgets and faculty recruitment.
• Mentor faculty, enhance student development activities, and build external partnerships.
• Champion research initiatives and guide the establishment of centers of excellence.

Eligibility

• Ph.D. in Law or equivalent from a reputed university.
• Minimum 15 years of academic/administrative experience in a reputed law institution, including leadership roles.
• Thorough understanding of BCI, UGC, and NAAC regulations.
• Strong academic record with research publications in reputed journals.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
