Rayat Bahra Professional University is hiring a Dean – School of Law with a minimum of 15 years of experience, including 5 years in a leadership role, to join their campus in Hoshiarpur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide academic and administrative leadership for the School of Law.
• Develop and implement curriculum as per BCI and UGC guidelines.
• Promote quality teaching, research, publications, and student development.
• Supervise faculty recruitment, mentoring, and performance assessment.
• Build industry, legal, and academic collaborations for placements and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and accreditation standards.
• Represent the School in university-level and external committees.

Eligibility

• Ph.D. in Law with a strong academic record.
• Minimum 15 years of teaching or research experience, including 5 years in a leadership or administrative role.
• Sound knowledge of legal education, research standards, and regulatory frameworks.
