Details of the Job/Internship

LCIT Group of Institutions is hiring for the position of Dean of Law to join their office in Bilaspur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership and strategic direction for the School of Law.
• Oversee curriculum development, academic planning, and program evaluation.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Foster an environment that promotes legal research, publication, and academic innovation.
• Lead faculty recruitment, development, and performance management.
• Promote a student-focused culture with robust mentoring, counseling, and career guidance.
• Build industry and community partnerships to enhance practical exposure and employability.
• Represent the law school in academic forums, regulatory bodies, and institutional events.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure interdisciplinary integration and institutional goals.

Eligibility

• Ph.D. in Law from a recognized university (mandatory).
• Significant experience in academic administration and legal education.
• Demonstrated leadership and faculty management capabilities.
• Strong record of research and scholarly publications.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in national and global legal education.
• Commitment to promoting a diverse, inclusive, and ethical academic environment.
• Willingness to work full-time from the Bilaspur campus.

Salary/Stipend
