Details of the Job/Internship

Sai University is hiring a Dean – School of Law with 10 years of experience to  to join its campus in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for academic and research initiatives of the School.
• Recruit, mentor, and support faculty and researchers.
• Promote high-impact research, grant acquisition, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Develop research centers, laboratories, and academic programs.
• Foster industry partnerships, internships, and entrepreneurship pathways.
• Promote student engagement, innovation, and experiential learning.
• Strengthen national and international academic collaborations.
• Lead accreditation, ranking, budgeting, and administrative processes.

Eligibility

• Ph.D. in Law from specified Indian institutions or universities ranked within the Top 200 QS World Rankings.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in academia or a relevant sector.
• Must hold or be eligible for appointment as a Full Professor.
• Strong expertise across core, corporate, international, technology, public policy, and interdisciplinary law areas.
• Demonstrated research excellence, grant leadership, faculty mentoring, and academic administration experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a commitment to diversity and innovation.
