Details of the Job/Internship
IMS Unison University is hiring a Dean – School of Law to join its campus in Dehradun. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role involving oversight of academic, research, and administrative functions of the School of Law, along with institutional development, curriculum planning, faculty management, and strategic growth of the school.
Role and Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing academic, research, and administrative aspects of the School of Law.
- Driving institutional development and research initiatives.
- Leading curriculum development and programme evaluation.
- Managing faculty recruitment and student admissions.
- Overseeing internships and placement activities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with industry partners.
Eligibility
- Master’s degree and Ph.D. in Law from a reputed university or institution.
- UGC NET qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time academic experience, including at least 5 years as a Professor in an institution of repute.
- Excellent track record of research and publications in law or related fields.
- Prior experience in academic leadership roles is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
