Details of the Job/Internship
Trilegal is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate with 2–6 years of experience in Debt Capital Markets to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review documentation for domestic and international bond issuances.
- Advise issuers, arrangers, and trustees on regulatory and transaction-related matters.
- Prepare offering documents and ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, the Companies Act, and global securities laws.
- Conduct legal due diligence and coordinate with bankers, auditors, and international counsel.
- Support transaction execution from structuring to closing and listing.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- 2–6 years of post-qualification experience in Debt Capital Markets.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and securities laws.
- Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to the firm’s values of respect, diversity, and collaboration.
