Details of the Job/Internship
Acuity Analytics is hiring a Corporate Services Quality Control Supervisor with 6+ years of experience to oversee corporate secretarial operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Quality check corporate secretarial tasks, including agendas, board packs, minutes, resolutions, and statutory records.
- Organize and follow up on board, committee, and AGM meetings and related documentation.
- Review, file, and archive corporate documents and draft simple documents such as circular resolutions.
- Prepare MIS reports for client tracking and create or update SOPs.
- Coordinate governance calls and support internal and external document requests.
- Set performance goals, monitor productivity, and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Ensure workflow compliance with company policies and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain records, track documentation, hire and train staff, and report on team performance.
Eligibility
- Company Secretary qualification is mandatory.
- LLB or LLM is optional with a minimum of 6+ years of experience.
- Experience in foreign jurisdictional minutes drafting is required.
- Strong organizational, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
