HM Courts & Tribunals Service is looking for a candidate for the position of Deputy Director to work with them in Hybrid Mode.
Role and Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for delivering change and working in partnership with senior professionals outside of your span of control, and you will be someone who is capable of gaining the trust, confidence and respect of the judiciary at all levels.
- You will be able to think and act in response to immediate needs, as well as strategically identifying and working towards longer term outcomes. Integrity, energy, drive and sound judgment will be key attributes.
Eligibility
- This role requires an outstanding leader, able to operate effectively in a highly challenging environment.
- Beyond this, you will have a proven track record of success in a complex operational delivery environment and have demonstrated significant senior impact.
- You will need to be a solicitor or barrister with significant post qualification experience, who has the ability to lead by example, and who can empower, enable, motivate and develop 4 others.
