Details of the Job/Internship
Symbiosis Law School, Pune is hiring a Deputy Director with a minimum of 15 years of experience to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the strategic planning and long-term institutional development of the law school.
- Lead and strengthen research output while maintaining high academic quality benchmarks.
- Oversee and contribute to accreditation and ranking processes, specifically NAAC and NIRF.
- Implement academic governance policies and drive institutional strategy initiatives.
- Support faculty development and mentor early-career researchers in interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Manage student engagement initiatives and support overall administrative excellence.
- Foster a culture of research excellence and academic innovation within the law school.
Eligibility
- Ph.D. in Law (Mandatory).
- Minimum 15 years of relevant academic or administrative experience.
- Proven track record in conducting and publishing high-quality research.
- Strong understanding of NAAC and NIRF accreditation frameworks and rankings.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in policy implementation.
- Ability to drive interdisciplinary collaboration and institutional growth.
