Details of the Job/Internship

Enfinity Global is hiring a Deputy General Counsel – Legal & Contracts with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience to join its office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage EPC contracts, module supply agreements, PPAs, O&M agreements, and other commercial contracts.
• Handle pre-award and post-award contractual matters, including claims, variations, extensions of time, liquidated damages, and contract closure.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies to management.
• Support procurement, commercial, and project teams in contract administration and correspondence.
• Manage litigation, arbitration, and disputes arising from commercial contracts.
• Draft and respond to legal notices, petitions, and regulatory submissions.
• Advise management on legal, contractual, and regulatory matters impacting business operations.
• Oversee compliance-related policies connected to commercial contracts and applicable regulations.

Eligibility

• Graduation in Law.
• 8–10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Mandatory experience in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong commercial and contractual expertise.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Technical understanding is an added advantage.
