Details of the Job/Internship

Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. is hiring a Deputy General Manager with 14-18 years of experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Act as the national lead for all litigation matters, including civil, criminal, labor, and property disputes.
• Liaise with external lawyers to provide documentation and inputs for ongoing cases and investigations.
• Prepare and vet legal drafts, petitions, and complaints while coordinating with law enforcement agencies.
• Represent the company before court proceedings and provide strategic advice to minimize legal exposure.
• Support operations by preparing responses to authorities regarding Food Safety (FSSAI), Pollution Control, and retail laws.
• Conduct training for business teams on crisis management, "dawn raids," and general legal awareness.
• Implement and maintain the legal department's technology stack and manage the legal budget.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analytics to demonstrate legal value to the business.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 14-18 years of relevant experience in litigation management, compliance, and regulatory affairs.
• Experience in the FMCG, food industry, or corporate real estate background is preferred.
• Proficiency in handling Consumer, Civil, Criminal, Labor, and Food Safety laws.
• Excellent command over written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Willingness to travel on short notice as required by business exigencies.
